In this video we’ll look at one method of modifying an ALL ORIGINAL, 1952 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top with the trapeze tailpiece to make it more playable and maybe even an overall more desirable and valuable instrument
We will show how to install a Mojoaxe CTT-A Aged Compensated Trapeze Tailpiece, replacing the original Gibson tailpiece, then we’ll intonate the guitar and set it up. Finally, we’ll demo the results through a 1956 Gibson GA-20T amplifier.
